Originally from Zimbabwe and now based in Melbourne, Australia, Nyaradzai brings a wealth of experience from her work in Dubai and Melbourne. With a solid foundation in hospitality, she developed her skills in customer service and quality management, which she then applied in various administrative roles within the health and fitness industries for over five years.

Currently, Nyaradzai is pursuing a PhD in marketing, with a research focus on transformative services at the bottom of the pyramid. Her academic journey is driven by a commitment to understanding and creating services that deliver genuine value and inclusivity, especially for underserved communities.

As a director, Nyaradzai takes pride in ensuring the company operates with integrity, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first approach. She is passionate about fostering clean, safe environments for clients and contributing to their well-being through exceptional service delivery.
