Hope is a visionary leader and strategic thinker with a strong foundation in construction, engineering, and project management. As chairman of Nari Group, Hope brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational excellence to the cleaning industry. He is currently pursuing a Master of Construction and Engineering Management at La Trobe University, building upon his already impressive academic and professional credentials, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management and certification as a PRINCE2® Practitioner.

Before founding Nari Group, Hope played key roles in complex infrastructure projects across Africa. He served as a project engineer on the Kariba South Expansion Project (2019–2020) and later as a civil and structural engineer on the Hwange Expansion Project (2021–2023). These roles honed his skills in project planning, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance—skills he now applies to ensure the highest standards in cleaning service delivery.

His leadership is marked by a commitment to continuous improvement and a people-first approach that empowers his team and builds lasting client relationships.
